2021-05-31

How can strategic interventions and gender equality plans help deliver gender equality in Europe? In terms of women in research, Portugal is one of the best performing EU countries. On 16 June, we organise a webinar with ELSEVIER. Starting from the Portuguese experience, experts from Portugal, EU institutions and the research community will come together to discuss lessons learned and the necessary steps to take to achieve greater gender equality. And what more the EU can do to deliver a gender-balanced research industry.

MINDtheGEPs representatives, and a distinguished panel from Portugal, EU institutions and the research community will meet at 10:00 CEST on 16 June 2021 to discuss what the EU could do better and how gender equality implementation plans will be rolled out in the European research and innovation sphere through Horizon Europe, the EU’s next research funding programme.
