Mapping gender data
Gender data and strong governance are central to MINDtheGEPs and our gender action plans. Gender data will help us identify the actions that are needed to reduce gender gaps. During the course of the project, we will also set up a portal to make gender data accessible.

Over the four years of the project, MINDtheGEPs researchers will not only map existing data. We will also generate new datasets on sex and gender differences to support the development of policy on gender action. The qualitative and quantitative data collection will drive the implementation of effective gender equality plans, allowing us to both monitor and evaluate. Together with strong governance structures, this data will help support equal opportunities for men and women in research!
