Stories of change: reflections on the progress in MINDtheGEPs
Structural and cultural change is not easy. On the path towards gender equality in research, it is important to reflect on the journey and learn from the process. Now, you can take part of reflective stories from key people in the MINDtheGEPs project on our YouTube channel!
MINDtheGEPs promotes gender equality in research and innovation, focusing on fixing the system, not the women. During the project, we have assessed gender imbalances in 7 organisations to identify the push-and-pull factors behind them. We have designed tailored gender equality plans with targeted actions to target our partners’ needs, for sustainable change. We also monitor and evaluate the progress we make along the way.
And what are our learnings and reflections so far? On our YouTube channel, we have collected self-reflective stories from some of the people that are the drivers behind the change we are making.
