We met again! 4th & final project meeting

We have spent the last 4 years addressing gender imbalances in research through systemic change. Gendering research and teaching, empowering women in decision-making and supporting caregivers. On 26 May, we held the final MINDtheGEPs project meeting to present, discuss and evaluate our gender equality plans.

Future sustainability strategies, institutional embedding of efforts and the long-term impact of MINDtheGEPs was the strong focus of the meeting. And today, 27 May 2025, we share what we have learned through our efforts with the world at the MINDtheGEPs final conference.
