Gender (In)equality in Research and Science: A Multilevel Analysis across Europe

This groundbreaking MINDtheGEPs book offers a rich, comparative analysis of gender inequalities in science and research across different organisational and national contexts within Europe. Combining quantitative and qualitative methods, it examines how gender regimes, organisational cultures and policies and neoliberal logics shape gendered careers, lived experiences and the way of doing science in research and academia.

It is an open access title available under the terms of a [CC BY-NC-ND 4.0] License. It is free to read, download and share via Elgaronline, thanks to generous funding support from CIRSDe (the Research Center for Women's and Gender Studies at the University of Turin).
